These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of products and/or services by Rise Rituals Lifestyle ("we", "us", "our" to you ("you", "the customer".) By purchasing, booking or using our products or services you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

 

1. About Us

Rise Rituals Lifestyle operates as a sole trader business in the United Kingdom. Full business contact details can be found on the website or upon request at info@riserituals.co.uk

 

2. Scope of Services and Products 

Rise Rituals Lifestyle may offer lifestyle related products and/or services, which may include but are not limited to;

Coaching, Mentoring or Consultancy Services

Digital Products (e.g. Guides, Workbooks, Online Content)

Physical Products

Workshops, Events or Experiences

 

The specific details of what you are purchasing will be outlined at the point of sale, booking confirmation or written agreement including email. 

 

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase our products or services. We will act in good faith that you meet this criteria. If it should later be found that a minor under the age of 18 has booked or engaged in our products or services then we withhold our right to cancel any further sessions booked in and keep any monies paid for services undertaken to date. 

Rise Rituals Lifestyle without the right to deny service to any individual without confirmation of reason. If a session is cancelled prior to taking place by us we will offer a refund which will be processed within 21 working days. 

If we choose to no longer work with you, we withhold the right to cancel any further appointments with no notice. We will issue confirmation of termination of our services to you via email if this is the case. 

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified

Payment must be made in full to secure your service/booking.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time, however any confirmed bookings will be honoured at the initial price. 

 

5 Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds

Requests for cancellations or rescheduling can be made via email to info@riserituals.co.uk 

If more than 24 hours notice is given we can move the booking to a later time and date. 

If less than 24 hours notice is given, rescheduling is at our discretion only. 

Refunds or credits are given at our discretion only. 

Missed Appointments or No Shows will not be refunded.

 

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided  once access to the download has been granted unless the product is faulty. 

 

Physical Products 

You had the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving physical goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations

Products must be returned unused and in original condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. 

 

6 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. 

We are not responsible for delays outside our control 

Risk passes to you on delivery. 

 

7 Intellectual Property 

All content, material, branding and intellectual property provided by Rise Rituals Lifestyle remain our property unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or resell any materials without our prior written consent.  

 

8 Client Responsibilities

You agree to;

Provide accurate and complete information

Engage respectfully and lawfully

Take responsibility of your own decisions, actions and results 

Our services are intended to support and inspire, but do not replace professional regulated advice, (medical, legal, financial or otherwise) 

 

9 Disclaimer

Results cannot be guaranteed

Any examples or testimonials are illustrative only,

Use of products or services is at your own risk.

 

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise Rituals Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or our products or services.

 

11 Confidentiality

Any personal or business information shared with us will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our privacy policy and UK Data protection law

 

12 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disaster or technical failures.

 

13 Governing Law

These terms and governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subjective to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

 

14 Amendments 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Our most current version will always apply and be available upon request or via our website.
