Starting The Shift, without forcing positivity

Changing your mindset isn't about waking up one day and flipping a switch. For sustainable shifts in your mindset you will need to focus on your actions and behaviours. 

 

When working on your mindset, the first step to understand is; Mindset Is Not A Feeling

When showing up and making a change which will lead you to a future you deserve, it is important to recognise that its not about how motivated you feel. Instead it is about the behaviours you choose, regardless of how motivated you feel. 

 

And so, to start the shift we will begin with a RISE RITUAL. 

Rise Rituals are a morning focus to ground your day and help drive you to achieve the goals you have set out.

 

What does someone who believes in themselves do next?

 

You may be starting from the very beginning. This may be as simple today as personal care. Brushing your teeth, styling your hair.

It may be taking the time to write a to do list and completing as much as possible within it today and celebrating each win. 

Regardless of what it is, this is about what YOU believe someone who believes in themselves would do, and doing it!
